This home is brand new construction with a 25-foot pool and above ground hot tub. The open floor plan is bright and cheery with a modern kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop & backsplash in the kitchen, breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table that seats six comfortably.
Outside you have a new BBQ Island, lounge chairs, outdoor sofa and plenty of games to keep you busy. The 3 bedrooms have good separation and consist of two King beds and one queen bed; each bedroom has its own HDTV. Guest will enjoy free Internet and Netflix. The garage has been converted to a game room with pool table, juke box and arcade games.
