This home is two-years new construction with a 25-foot pool, an 8-foot water slide and above ground hot tub. The open floor plan is bright and cheery with a modern kitchen. You’ll enjoy new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops & backsplash in the kitchen, breakfast bar with seating for four and a dining table that seats six comfortably.
The four bedrooms have good separation and consist of two King beds and two queen beds; each bedroom has its own HDTV. Guests enjoy free Internet and streaming. Outside throw something on the built-in BBQ or pizza oven and satisfy your hunger. Soak up the sun on the lounge chairs or unwind on the outdoor sofa. The garage has been converted to a game room with pool table, air hockey, jukebox and arcade games. There’s something to keep everyone busy!

Rest assured your vacation will be nothing but remarkable. You’ll find plenty to do starting with a newly installed water slide, cornhole (built to regulation,) Bocce Ball, a seven-hole putting green or just lounging in the sun next to the pool. Immerse yourself in a game of pool, one of the many arcade games or listen to your favorite music on the jukebox.

The house has a fully stocked kitchen where guests can cook their own meals. Cooking basics including pots and pans, utensils, oil, salt and pepper. There is also a propane BBQ, pizza oven and grilling utensils.
Enjoy your favorite Netflix series or movie on the large screen 85″ HDTV in the living room. Outside watch your favorite game on the 70″ HDTV. Each bedroom and the game room have a smart TV for your streaming pleasure.
